• Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of both digital downloads and lab-fulfilled prints, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available once an order has been placed.

• Print colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor calibration, paper type, and printing processes. These variations are not considered defects.

• Lab prints are produced and shipped by a professional third-party printing lab. Delivery times may vary and are subject to the lab’s production and shipping schedules.

• The photographer is not responsible for delays, damages, or errors caused by the printing lab or shipping carrier. Any issues with damaged prints must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

• All images remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Purchasing a print or digital file does not transfer copyright.

• By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale and the Digital Image License.

Digital Image License – Personal Use

• All images are protected by copyright.

• By purchasing a digital image or a physical print, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You MAY:

• Display purchased prints in personal spaces

• Share photos of the prints on personal social media (credit to the photographer is appreciated)

• Store purchased digital files on personal devices

You MAY NOT:

• Scan, photograph, or reproduce printed images for redistribution

• Sell, license, or redistribute the image in any form

• Use the image for commercial, promotional, or advertising purposes

• Edit, alter, or manipulate the image without written permission

• Upload the image to stock sites, marketplaces, or print-on-demand platforms

• All rights not expressly granted remain with the photographer.

No Brand Affiliation Disclaimer
